When will I receive my order?

You can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days. We will e-mail you a tracking number with delivery details attached. You may e-mail us at info@ecomfortliving for status updates on your order. Once tracking is available it will be entered into our system and you will receive an e-mail notification.

Is my personal information safe?

100% safe! We are an SSL secured website utilizing a 256-bit encrypted data network. We also use the latest fraud detection technology to further protect the best interests of our customers. Your personal information will stay personal shopping with us. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order for a full-refund under one of the two circumstances:

  1. Your order was placed within 24 hours of cancellation and has not been processed. Note* If your order has been processed cancellation fees will apply.
  2.  The item you ordered is out of stock or otherwise unavailable. In these instances we will contact you offering a partial refund for your patience. If you decide you would not like to wait you may cancel for a full-refund.

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?

The first action you should make is to take photos of the damage and e-mail customer support at info@ecomfortliving.com. From there we can work directly with our manufacturers to get you a replacement.

I just used an expired coupon and it worked! Is that Ok?

We offer coupons as an incentive for customers to purchase with us. There is no rule against using old coupons from past promotions but we will strictly adhere by those coupon's guidelines.

Ex. If you signed up for a $20 off when you spend over $249 coupon, we will honor that coupon as such. As long as all required conditions are met you may use a coupon from anytime.

Where are you located?

 We are headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland USA but maintain a nation-wide network across the USA.

I've decided I'm not happy with my purchase can I return it?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order. If you would like to return your order you must first contact us by e-mail so we can issue you a RMA form. Please be advised that general returns are subject to our re-stocking fee policy.
